Prenatal Package ($375) in person or virtual
Great option if you don’t need support while labouring or in hospital, but want to be educated about everything leading up to your birth.
2 prenatal classes in person (or virtual if you prefer)
Topics include anatomy, breathing/pain management techniques, induction education, positions of labour, interventions, breastfeeding, immediate postpartum for mom & baby.
On-call support for questions 37 weeks+
The Biggie Support Package ($1300)
Virtual Doula services offer same support minus attending labour due to Covid restrictions - $700
For the Mom seeking consistent support during pregnancy, labour and once home with baby.
2 extensive prenatal classes (see above).
24/7 on-call service from 36 weeks to your delivery.
Labour support at home/hospital.
Pictures/videos of your birth.
1 postpartum visit (or split into 2 if preferred) to unpack your labour, answer any & all questions while adjusting to your new baby. We’ll also check in on breastfeeding and give direction for a Lactation Consultant if need be.
Refresher Package ($900)
This is a great package for a second time birther.
1 extensive prenatal class (see above).
If you had specific issues or trauma with your first birth, we unpack what didn’t feel right, and we create birth preferences that feels right for you and your partner. Ultimately my job is for you to feel safe, prepared and in control of your birth experience.
On-call support for questions 37 weeks+
Labour support at home or hospital, followed by an in person birth debrief
Can add on photography package for $100
Additional Services
Postpartum Doula Support
$34/hour
In home support once you return home from the hospital with baby.
Services include: bottle cleaning, breast feeding support, light laundry and cleaning, meal prep, holding baby while you rest, etc.
This can be more custom once we have a consult, but ideally I try to take any stress and chores off your plate while you’re trying to heal & adjust to your new norm.
Minimum 2 hour visits.
If you purchase 40+ hours, rate is $28/hour
Overnight Services
$40/hour
In home support, over night.
Shifts are typically 9pm-6am.
Overnight doula’s feed baby while parents get a good night’s rest. Burp/feed/clean baby/light laundry etc.
Custom plans can be developed once we have a consult.
Minimum 8 hour visits.
Photography Package
$100
Capturing as many photos & videos as I can for you to cherish and share with loved ones.
I do my best to capture babies moment making way earth side, partner supporting our birther, any siblings or fur babies involved in a home-birth situation etc.
